ATHENS — Greece plans to extend the size of its territorial waters along its western coastline in the Ionian Sea from 6 nautical miles to 12, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said Wednesday in what appears to be a test run for a similar move on its Turkey-facing east.
