Western Balkans goes east for coronavirus vaccines (Politico)

Serbia has emerged as the frontrunner in continental Europe’s vaccination race — thanks to China.

The Western Balkan country has given at least one dose of a coronavirus shot to some 7 percent of its population, a rate more than twice as high as the current European Union average, where between 3 and 4 percent of people have been vaccinated as of early February.
